Dubs Universal Flex TrainerParenting for Tears is delighted to be partnering with Dubs Universe, a new sustainable kids footwear brand, to offer you the chance to win a pair of their Flex sneakers in Dove Grey.

Unlike many fast fashion brands that seem to simply shrink down adult sizes, Dubs has collaborated with the best children's footwear designers in the UK to make unisex trainers specially for young, growing feet so that parents will never have to worry about poorly fitting shoes stopping the fun.

The Flex has a flyknit upper made from recycled plastic bottles which is super soft. There is a secure collar and pull-tags so that young children can easily slip their feet in without the need for assistance from a grown-up. The soles are made from sugarcane, a natural and fully renewable resource that grows rapidly and actively removes carbon from the atmosphere.

The sugarcane soles are both hard wearing and lightweight. Each one is individually sized from scratch and features a spacious toe box, allowing plenty of room for wiggling and growing toes. The chunky design looks cool but also helps to protect little feet as they run around. The deep grooves underneath act as funnels to disperse water and provide better grip.

Plus, The Flex is machine washable. So, whether family adventures lead to muddy puddles, sandy shores or city streets, simply pop them in the washing machine and they'll come out looking as good as new. The Flex comes in a recyclable cardboard tube that can be coloured in and is great for storing things like pencils and crayons. From soft play to the playground, climbing trees to street vibes The Dubs Flex trainers are the perfect trainers for stylish, comfortable adventures this summer!
