In addition to the daily yoga classes, nutrition and vitality advice, herbal walks, aqua safaris, cycling tours and therapeutic massage already included within the Healthy Options programme, the Sequinpark Fitness Weeks will also enable guests to participate in aqua aerobics, body conditioning and aerobics classes, killer resistance band workouts and fitness tests.

Taking place amidst landscaped gardens, just yards from the20070702_2 beach, near Vassiliki Bay, guests will have the freedom to try out as many or as few of the activities as they choose.

Vassiliki is recognised as one of Europe’s water-sports capitals (especially for windsurfing and sailing) and guests will be encouraged to put their new-found energy to good use by sampling the varied water-sports offered by Wildwind Holidays, plus the local nightlife and cuisine.

*There is a “Willing to Share” option, where those open to sharing a room are paired up with guests of the same sex, eliminating the single supplement.
