What I look for in a foundation is a product that covers any imperfection without looking as though I am wearing any! A tall order which the New CID i - perfection Colour Adjust Foundation accomplishes. It's a fluid foundation which offers light to medium cover.

  • Nougat – suitable for very pale porcelain skin tones
  • Latte – ideal for pale yellow based skin tones
  • Vanilla – for medium yellow based skin tones
  • Cinnamon – suitabel for medium pink based skin tones
  • Cappuccino – great for tanned skin tones
  • Caramel – perfect for tanned skin tones
  • Toffee – better suited to light Asian skin tones
  • Cocoa – for darker Asian skin tones
  • Mocha – suitabel for very dark skin tones
You only need to use a little of the foundation and apply to the centre of each area of the face: forehead, cheeks, chin and nose then blend outwards. I didn't have the recommended foundation brush but my fingertips seemed to work adequately.

I am really pleased with the result which lasts all day. My only slight criticism is that the pump action on the container isn't always as smooth as it could be so that the foundation squirts at an odd angle.
