Activity books are always popular in our house and The Really Cool Activity Book was an instant hit. Aimed at children aged five plus, younger children will need some adult support and help with reading the directions and the amazing facts but even small hands will have great fun with the wonderful array of stickers and the oppotunities to draw their own winter scenes.
The stickers in the end pages all relate to specific themes – from creepie crawlies to forest and mountain scenes – within the book but there are three pages of extra ones whcih you can "stick anywhere you like".
Strictly Come Dancing co-host Claudia Winkleman has written a forward explaining how the Great Ormond Street Hospital needs to raise £50 million every year to support its research into childhood illness and provide support for the patients and their families.
To support the charity, DK is donating 100 per cent of the profits from The Really Cool Activity Book to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
