The pop-in free and driI have always thought that the standard plastic changing mat was rather user unfriendly – the thought of putting a little baby on the cold plastic seemed unkind, so one ended up often putting a towel over it and thus defeating the object of having an easily cleanable surface.

The Pop-in™ free and dri mat changes all that. It is super soft and absorbent with a waterproof backing so allows for some nappy-free play time. Best of all the microfibre from which it is made dries incredibly quickly so any little "accidents" are easily dealt with.

I tested one out for baby Harriet. It was obviously much more comfortable for her and we've often used it on her play mat so she can have her nappy-free time. But the most important thing is how quick and easy it is to wash and dry (can be tumble dried). There's also a waterproof "bib" which clips on (especially useful for little boys!)
