ewan™ the dream sheep is perfect for
babies from birth onwards. It looks just like a
cuddly toy, (so perfect in a child's bedroom) however when
turned on, the sheep's white tummy
glows red reminding the baby of being in the
womb. The reassuring
heartbeat soothes the baby to
sleep. The sheep plays for
20 minutes, and then turns itself off, which is great as it saves the
parents having to go back into the
bedroom to switch it off - and risk
waking the baby!!
Each of
ewan's™ feet plays a different type of sound:
womb, rain, a
vacuum cleaner and harp music. (The buttons in
ewan's legs have to be
pressed just once to
switch on the sounds, and held for a couple of seconds to
turn them off.)
With the comforting
pinky-red glow, and soem reassuring
womb sounds, Harriet drifts off to
sleep with ease. There is also a volume control and
ewan can be hung from a cot with his
Velcro tail. To set the
volume or light control, the
sound module needs to be removed from
ewan's tummy through the Velcro flap, and adjusted accordingly - which is easy to do.
ewan™ the sheep from
easidream is proven to help soothe
restless babies and those suffering from
colic, and eases the transition from
womb to world.
Harriet finds it
very comforting if she is having trouble
going to sleep, and it saves me having to
sing to her (a joy most people can live without!) and try to
soothe her if she won't settle.
