Quartermast Immunity Teas

Quarterpast Immunity Teas couldn't have arrived for review at a better time as I had just succumbed to the autumn cold. We all know about hot honey and lemon to sooth a sore throat and cough but we don't always have the ingredients to hand. Step in the Quarterpast's Real Friuit Teas: Lemon Ginger & Honey, Turmeric Lemon Ginger & Honey, with two new additions Hibiscus Ginger & Manuka Honey and Gold Kiwi Turmeric & Ginger.

I was sent the first three and found them all delicious to drink. As someone who doesn't drink traditional tea and tries to avoid too much coffee, I'm often at a loss as to what to drink apart from still and sparkling water. The joy of these fruit infusions is that they can be drunk either hot or cold diluting with boiled or soda water. Pour 20 mls (two dessert spoons) into a cup or class and leave to steep for two to three minutes.

I found the teas soothing and and beneficial  great for tickly coughs, sore throats and colds.
