- Alcoholics Anonymous are offering online and phone support .
- Anxiety UK have a range of CV-19 specific support.
- BAMEStream have launched a National Survey on Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) mental health services in the United Kingdom (UK). Closing date is the 29 May
- BEAT have a range of online support to help individuals with eating disorders to cope with isolation.
- Grief Encounters are offering free counselling support for front line staff.
- Mencap have a wide range of information designed specifically to support those with learning disability through this crisis. These may also be useful to people who struggle with literacy.
- Mind have resources for those who are supporting others to look after their mental health.
- Narcotics Anonymous have links to local online meetings and 24 hour support.
- Nip in the Bud have produced a guide to helping children deal with CV anxiety.
- Papyrus offer crisis support for people under 35..
- Public Health England have produced an online guide to taking care of staff and volunteer’s mental health during the pandemic. This is particularly useful for people managing teams so staff and/or volunteers.
- Rape Crisis Centre are offering 24 hour counselling and practical support online.
- Refuge Domestic Violence Charity offer help to women, men and children who are experiencing or fear they may experience violence at home.
- Relate are offering a live chat counselling service for those facing relationship difficulties during the crisis.
- Rethink Mental Illness have produced a guide to the 6 elements needed for a community model of mental health care.

- The Anna Freud Centre have produced a guide for those supporting pupils and students with their mental health during school and college closures.
- The BBC have launched wellbeing lessons for those who are ‘teaching’ from home and for teachers to use online or when schools return.
- The Campaign Against Living Miserably, suicide prevention for people in the UK available daily, 5pm to midnight. Free chat with trained staff.
- The Children’s Sleep Charity have a guide to helping anxious children get to sleep.
- The National Gambling 24 hour helpline is running as usual.
- Young Minds have launched a Beyond Tomorrow campaign looking at children and young people’s mental health after the pandemic.
