The sections include a warm up, a 20 minute cardiovascular workout, body toning, plus exercises for better posture and flexibility.
You'll need to clear a space to excercise in and have a pair of trainers ready for the cardio- vascular workout and I'd recommend wearing a sports bra. Plus you'll need some hand held weights or two tins/bottles weighing the same.
Kristoph has a very pleasant manner and gently talks you though each exercise. You may need to watch some of the stretches and yoga asanas first or you'll end up with a crick in the nectk as you try to watch the screen while perfecting the movement!
Longer, Leaner, Fitter, Stronger is designed for complete beginners as well as more advanced excercisers. Kristoph gives useful tips to get the most out of any exercise and how to modify it if you need to.
There is also advice on nutrition which is good but I found the promotion of certain sports drinks and nutitional snack bars rather irritating.
However, that aside, I'd recommend Longer, Leaner, Fitter, Stronger to anyone who needs a workout but can't get to a class or the gym. Followng these excercises at least three times a week will soon show benefits.
