The launch of the brilliant
LOGO The Best of TV & Movies (rrp £29.99, age 12+) celebrates all things
entertainment! This fascinating, fast-paced,
picture-card game brings together a veritable smorgasbord of
TV and movie memories and miscellany! There's something for everyone in this superlative race around the familiar
LOGO-style playing board.
The hundreds of
picture cards feature oodles of questions on
memorable stars and situations, from both the big and
small screens. Think well known and much loved
TV dramas, sit-coms, chat shows, rea
eality
shows,
films and cartoons covering off the last four decades or so - and
you'll get what we mean!
There's
Strictly
Come Dancing, Eastenders, Coronation Street, Emmerdale,
Miranda and
Saturday Kitchen to name just a few - and
X-Factor,
Ab Fab, Home & Away, Take Me Out, Neighbours and
Brookside...
and Harry Potter,
Doctor Who and James Bond. Then there's
Pirates
of the Caribbean to
Star Trek and
Star Wars - from
Bambi
to
Shrek and
Toy Story... need we say more?
As with
the previous
LOGO games, the question cards come in
three categories -
Picture Cards, Theme Cards and
Pot Luck Cards. The players are
split into
two teams. The Question Master takes a card and asks the
members
of the opposing team each of the four colour coded (orange, magenta, blue,
green) questions on the card. For every
correct answer, their playing
piece is moved forward. To make things especially exciting,
Drumond Park has
also introduced
Mute Button, Change the Channel and
Fast Forward cards,
which teams can choose to play at any point in the
game. Everyone's
making for the
Winning Zone - and once there, the first team to
correctly answer either
two consecutive questions or one green question
WINS!
Endless
Fun for all!
